The Clio System is sold as a site license, meaning you are free to install the staff-use applications on as many workstations as you like. Our prices vary depending on the number of ILL transactions your library conducts each year, with busier libraries paying slightly more. Two fees are shown for each size category in the table below: initial purchase fees and annual service and support fees. Initial purchases (or "first year") fees include delivery of our software, unlimited technical support and any and all updates to our software for the next year. Annual service and support fees will be due thereafter if you wish continue receiving tech support and software updates.

less than 10,000 requests per year:   $3,500 $1,500
more than 10,000 requests per year:   $4,500 $2,000

Current Clio customers wishing to upgrade to our new Clio System may do so for a one-time fee of $2,500. Annual service and support fees will thereafter be at the Clio System rate.
