Clio questions:I am getting an "error 22" message when I attempt to send patron notices. "Error in preview click 3070 The Microsoft Jet database engine does not recognize as a valid field or name or expression." What is creating this error? Answer When attempting to run a collection development report I am getting a message "Error in preview Click 2001. You cancelled the previous operation." How can I resolve this problem? Answer This morning I discovered that in current records <#Error> appears in both the Lender string and Lender boxes when searching borrowing requests. The error message is "Reserved error(-1517); there is no message for this error". What is creating this error? Answer I have recently compacted and repaired the database after archiving.
